Shipping Locations:
Shipping is only available within Canada from this site.
For USA and other selected locations, please visit The Happy Bear Company on Etsy Marketplace.

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-2 business days for items that are ready to ship.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for made-to-order items.

Shipping Method:
Small items ship as Lettermail with Canada Post in order to keep shipping costs low (max 2 cm thickness, NO tracking).
Larger items/orders ship through Chit Chats Canada or Canada Post as Regular Parcels and automatically include tracking.

Default Orders vs. Gifts:
By default, all orders ship with a packing slip that includes important order information as well as price breakdown. If you would like to ship the order as a gift, without pricing details, please send me a message as soon as possible including your order number. Please confirm the recipient's name and address. You may also provide a gift note to include in the parcel.

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
